Bible Time

The children are introduced to a loving God, who cares about them and their family.  They will learn about stories from the Old and New Testament as well as through songs, nursery rhymes and prayer time.  The children will be introduced to Bible heroes such as David, Daniel and Moses.  From December to June our focus will be the birth of Christ, His death and the Resurrection.  Each Bible lesson will conclude with practical character skills taught such as love, patience, gentleness and self-control.

Chapel

Twice a month the children will gather together in the Metuchen Assembly of God Sanctuary for Chapel. 
The children will sing songs and hear a story from the Bible.  Each story is designed to help children understand God’s love for them. 
The stories are presented by staff or acted out by one of the classes in a creative and fun way.
