Registration: The completed registration packet and a non-refundable/non-transferable $50.00 registration fee must be returned to the DaySpring Child Care Center at 130 Whitman Ave. or mailed to P.O. Box 561, Metuchen, NJ 08840. The Health Record Form must be completed by the child's physician and returned to the center, as well as the combination Class Trip/ Emergency Medical Care Permission Form, Statement of Cooperation, and Contract for Services Rendered. All forms should be in by your child's first day of school. There will be an annual $50.00 non-refundable and non-transferable registration for all children who will be returning in the fall. This will guarantee a spot for your child in the fall. This non-refundable and non-transferable registration fee will be due mid-February so we will know how many openings we will have for our Open House in March.
Tuition: Tuition for DaySpring Child Care Center will be handled through FACTS financial institution. Parents will be given the opportunity of choosing either August 1st or the 15th for the automatic deduction of tuition. Your payments are processed securely through a bank to bank transaction. FACTS is a company that has been helping parents with tuition payments for over 30 years without ever having 1 case of identity theft. There are no deductions from tuition for absences occurring at any time during the year (including snow days), except for two weeks (i.e. 10 consecutive school days) of family vacation time for full-time children, having given two weeks advance notice of dates. Vacation credit will be given only to children who have already attended full-time for at least a 10 month consecutive period. If your child misses ten or more consecutive school days due to illness, half the tuition for the days missed will be credited to your following month's tuition bill if a Doctor's note is brought in when the child returns to school. This credit applies to full-time students only. (Ex.: 10 consecutive days missed = 5 days credited.) Please refer to the Parent Handbook for further information.
Book Fee: The book fee for the 2 1/2 and 3 year old classes are $35.00 and the 4 year old classes are $50.00. This includes the Weekly Reader for both classes. This fee is due on or before the first day of attendance. The book fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Deposit Required: Due to using FACTS financial institution, we no longer require a deposit.
